THE CASE METAL – is Alloyed 903 Marine Bronze. The 903 Bronze is the American counterpart to CuSn8 the alloy Panerai uses for its Bronze watches being with in 3% of its copper content. The 903 Bronze over time will take on a rich patina that will enhance the character of the case.
THE MOVEMENT – is an automatic (self-winding) ETA 2824-2 and the date is @4:00. It is Swiss, made with 25 jewels and Incabloc Novodiac shock protection. This movement is a workhorse and the movement of choice in many luxury watches selling at a much higher price point. The daily rate tolerance for the watch is +/- 12-15 seconds a day. THE DIAL – is stainless steel with speedometer type numerals, the T46 model designation and the Analog Motorcycles “A” logo in black. It was designed with a simple straightforward look making the dial easy to read. There are cutaways on the hours to reveal a brass plate beneath giving the dial more detail and dimension.
THE HANDS – are simple with luminescent treatment for easy reading in low light environments.
THE SWEEP HAND – is prominent and readable.
THE CROWN – is a proprietary screw down type, the logo is raised on the top and is located at 4:00. The crown is larger allowing easy manipulation. The offset at 4:00 will not create any discomfort or interfere with the back of the wrist.
THE CRYSTAL – a thick durable 3mm Sapphire Glass
THE BEZEL SCREWS – are proprietary and have a 6-pointed socket, made from 316 stainless steel for all cases. The screws protect the crystal and add to the aesthetic of the watch.
